Southcomp Polaris & Sophos launch strategic partnership in Morocco to accelerate AI-powered cybersecurity
"Morocco is the starting point, and we look forward to building on this momentum as our collaboration with Sophos progressively expands across other Southcomp Polaris markets"
Bouznika, Morocco – 17 September 2026 – Southcomp Polaris, part of Mindware, and Sophos officially launched their partnership in Morocco today during an exclusive partner event held at The View Bouznika, bringing together key players from the Moroccan IT and cybersecurity ecosystem. The launch marks the first step in a broader collaboration expected to progressively extend to other markets within Southcomp Polaris’ regional footprint.
Held under the theme “Unified Defense, Natively Built for AI – A New Era of Cybersecurity”, the event highlighted the shared ambition of Southcomp Polaris and Sophos to strengthen access to advanced cybersecurity technologies and create new growth opportunities for partners across the Moroccan market.
As cyber threats become increasingly sophisticated and Artificial Intelligence reshapes both attack and defense strategies, organizations require security solutions that provide greater visibility, faster detection and coordinated response across their environments. Throughout the morning, Sophos experts presented how the company addresses these challenges through an integrated approach combining AI, threat intelligence and human expertise, including a live cyberattack simulation illustrating how modern security technologies can detect, contain and neutralize threats.
Following the conference and networking lunch, the afternoon was dedicated to an exclusive golf initiation session set against the surroundings of Bouznika – a more informal environment for partners, Sophos experts and Southcomp Polaris teams to connect, exchange ideas and strengthen relationships beyond the traditional conference setting.
