Midis Group, through its officers, directors, employees and affiliates, constantly works towards improving the quality of its services, products and operations and will continue building and earning its reputation for honesty, fairness, respect, responsibility, integrity, trust and sound business judgment. Our reputation is our greatest asset and we will all conduct ourselves accordingly.

Third Party compliance

Midis Group upholds the highest ethical standards and expects the same from all business partners. We require that every party we work with adheres to our principles of integrity and fully complies with our policies, including the Partner and Supplier Code of Conduct. To ensure accountability, Midis screens its third parties and conducts ongoing monitoring for legal and ethical violations, reinforcing our commitment to transparency, fairness, and responsible business practices.

REPORT AN ETHICS CONCERN

If any Midis Group employee or stakeholder discovers any violation of the Midis Group Code of Conduct, internal guidelines, principles, policies, and/or applicable laws and regulations, they are encouraged to report their concerns and seek guidance.

Employees and stakeholders have access to the Midis Group Integrity Line , an online interface accessible via mobile devices and computers which allows for secure and anonymous reporting.
The Group ensures that no retaliation is taken against persons who have reported in good faith information or allegations concerning violations or who will participate in the resulting investigations.
