Stronger Together
Some campaigns bring people together. This one also gave back.
600 people. 11 companies. Five weeks.
What started as a team building campaign across Midis Saudi Arabia became something much bigger, a reminder that the most important thing we build is not technology or solutions, but the connections between the people who deliver them and the impact they can do together.
For five weeks leading up to the grand finale in February 2026, teams from MDS-CS, MMR, TTT, Innovatech Systems, Kaza, MDSap, MAGNOOS, eSolutions, Local Office, Arab Computers, Arab Computers for Maintenance, and Mindware KSA came together and chose their team names: The Sandrunners, Protocol X, the Falcons, Phoenix, Fusion Team, Titans, the Dynamos of Arabis, the Uptime Squad, Eastern Eagles, Alphas, and Momento.
Each team was a deliberate mix of colleagues from different companies because in a group as large and diverse as Midis, getting to know each other rarely happens on its own. This campaign was designed to change that.
The numbers alone tell part of the story

But the numbers don’t tell the whole story
The part that stayed with people most was the giving back.
Before the big event day, teams threw themselves into 15 social and environmental initiatives and the breadth of what they took on was remarkable.
On the social side, they showed up for some of the most vulnerable in their communities: orphaned children, children battling cancer, families receiving food parcels and gifts ahead of Ramadan, blood donation drives, and clothing and food donations for those in need. Two teams even made sure the stray cats were fed.
On the environmental side, teams rolled up their sleeves to plant trees and clean up a local park, small acts that carry a long term message about the kind of company Midis wants to be.
The response afterwards said everything: “The volunteering was the best part of the event,” said one participant. Not the competition. Not the prizes. The giving.

Then came the finale
600 people converging on the InterContinental Durrat Al Riyadh for the Rally Paper challenge. The day tested every dimension of the teams:
Creativity in Midis Got Talent, where colleagues discovered hidden singing and poetry talents they may not have known existed.
Physical endurance in the Midis Olympics, which pushed teams all the way to an underwater breath-holding challenge.
And something quietly extraordinary in Midis Across Borders, teams collecting 200 photographs from more than 30 countries, turning a single event in Riyadh, KSA into proof that Midis is not just a workplace but a genuinely global family.
Tenure Service awards were presented by Sonia el Alia and Sami Abi Esber, recognizing the dedication of fifteen employees whose commitment has helped build everything that day celebrated.
“ The most memorable part was the amazing sense of teamwork and coordination among my team members as we worked together to complete all the tasks. Despite being a smaller team, our determination and collaboration had a positive impact on the results, leading to outstanding outcomes that exceeded our expectations” said one participant.
That is what five weeks, 11 companies, and 600 people can produce when the goal is not just to perform, but to connect, contribute, and compete as one.
