Dubai, UAE – MDSap, the SAP consulting and implementation arm of MDS System Integration Group, today announced the signing of a strategic agreement with Al Jazeera Investments LLC to implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll across nine legal entities within the organization. The implementation will support more than 5,000 employees and provide a unified, scalable HR platform to support the company’s future growth and workforce transformation objectives.
The agreement marks a significant milestone in Al Jazeera Investments’ digital transformation journey, enabling the organization to modernize HR operations, streamline workforce management, and establish a centralized system for employee and payroll processes across its business portfolio.
The signing ceremony was attended by senior representatives from both organizations. The implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll will provide Al Jazeera Investments with a modern cloud-based HR platform capable of supporting its growing workforce while improving efficiency, governance, and visibility across HR operations.
By consolidating employee data and payroll processes within a single platform, the organization will be better positioned to standardize operations across its legal entities, improve workforce planning, and enhance the employee experience.
