I think the freedom given to managers and employees here does not exist in other companies, and the feeling of family, being a part of something bigger, is not the case in other companies. Elsewhere, people are not treated as people but as numbers. At Midis, I know that’s not the case.

I have learned the right way of doing business, and I was lucky enough to be in the right place with the people who dedicate themselves to their work as well. I have learned a lot from my mentor, our team manager, he has been very supportive.

You know, there’s no language barrier. We all speak the same language, so basically it’s easy to communicate, but definitely there are different backgrounds. If you want to succeed in a society which you are not used to, you need to study it a little bit. You need to get closer to people to see how they interact.
