ABC signs agreement with Bank Nizwa implementing latest Dell Technologies solutions

Advanced Business Computing Oman (ABC) has been appointed as the partner to implement new IT infrastructure at the Bank Nizwa in Oman. An agreement to progress the technology solutions was signed on Oct 9, 2020 by M. Didier Izmirlian, GM of ABC and M. Mujahid Al Zadjali, GM IT and Operations of Bank Nizwa in the presence of M. Khalid Al-Kayed, CEO of Bank Nizwa and M. Georges El Khoury, Country Manager of Dell Technologies Oman.

“This agreement significantly increases the footprint of Dell EMC and ABC in the banking sector in Oman, and importantly, the project was a win against other key strategic technology vendors,” said Didier Izmirlian of ABC. “The project comes in line with the Digital Transformation strategy of Bank Nizwa, and ABC is proud to be appointed the trusted partner in the foundation layer of this strategy.”

Also present at the signing of the agreement were Fatma Al Mukhaini, Account Executive Dell Technologies Oman; Rahul Sawarsat, Senior Account Executive, ABC and Deepesh Saxena, Head of IT, Delivery and Infra, Bank Nizwa.
