MMR, the Midis Group site and power company in Saudi Arabia, recently ran a major training event in partnership with Ramez Helou, a Professor of Sales & Leadership at Hult Business School. The training took place on June 13, at the Marriot Hotel in Riyadh, and involved around 27 employees from the Central, Eastern and Western branches, all gathered to learn about more effective networking.
Professor Ramez Helou is also the founder of the Academy for Sales in the UAE. According to MMR, any firm that invests in its employee’s improvement is investing in its own success. The core company philosophy is about creating an adaptive and flexible workplace by high quality training for employees.
While there are many training courses available, MMR chooses core courses that are essential to its employee’s success at work. The main aim - as with most training - is to serve strategic priorities, and by serving these priorities MMR are keen to gain a competitive advantage over rivals.
