iSTYLE opens its biggest store in UAE at Ras Al Khaimah
Store is an Apple Authorized Service Provider - hardware repair lab will be operated by sister company ABM Care
A new iSTYLE store has opened at the Manar Mall in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, the biggest of 12 iSTYLE branches in the country.
“It’s been a big task to get the store open and all the merchandise in place, but the team here have all worked very hard indeed and we got the job done. It was great to open the doors and find so many iSTYLE and Apple fans waiting to see the new store and latest products and accessories” said Store Manager, Sami Ullah.
The new retail site has a total area of 375 square meters including the back of house, service area and service lab, with the showroom area being 300 square meters. The store will provide Ras Al Khaimah customers with state of the art iSTYLE services and a full Apple experience including educational programs, and an educational discount to 18+ students and teachers.
The store is an Apple Authorized Service Provider and the hardware repair lab will be operated by sister company ABM Care. This facility is expected to be operational by early March. Software support and troubleshooting will be provided by iSTYLE experienced and certified colleagues. As with other iSTYLE stores, new users can access personal one-to-one or group training sessions.
Other services available on-site include PYD (Protect Your Device) device protection plans; a Trade-in Program; 0% interest instalment plans; the iSTYLECare Program, a product unique to iSTYLE customers that provides protection and support; a loyalty program and the all-important B2B sales and BusinessCare program.
The store soft launched on February 4, with six team members welcoming Apple fans to the premises. A full opening event is planned for February 26.
