i4 Solutions has been named Security Partner of the Year at the Cisco Partner Summit 2025, which took place in San Diego from November 3-5. The annual summit brought together industry leaders, innovators, and global partners to explore the future of networking, security, and AI-driven technology.
Attended for i4 by General Manager, Boutros El Haddad, the event, at the San Diego Convention Center, was filled with keynotes, strategy sessions, and deep-dive discussions on how partners can help customers navigate an increasingly complex digital landscape.
The event had an important impact on Boutros: “the AI era has disrupted the technology industry in a lot of unprecedented ways, of which I single out two: The pace of innovation is leaps and bounds faster than anything the industry has seen since the invention of the mainframe, taking technology vendors by storm with many arguably struggling to keep up. According to Boutros, the many new announcements mean Cisco is poised to solidify a leadership position among technology vendors in the age of AI, pivoting towards managed services models and radically revamping their value proposition with an integrated portfolio of innovative solutions for AI-ready data centers, digital resilience, and future-proof workplaces suitable for this exciting new era.
“The most important of Cisco’s new launches, however, is undoubtedly the Cisco 360 Partner Program which builds on its hugely successful predecessor and the robust partner ecosystem that it has generated over decades” writes Boutros. “The new program realigns the priorities of partners such as i4 Solutions beyond the traditional transactional duties, embedding lifecycle thinking into their entire operating model providing the structure, tools, metrics, and rewards they need to focus on effectively driving customer business outcomes in more tangible ways.”
