Arab Computers for Maintenance launches retail brand iHASIBAT alongside first new AAR store

New brand marks the first step in AC-Care's expansion into retail market in KSA

Arab Computers for Maintenance (AC-Care) has taken its first step into the retail sector by launching its new brand, iHASIBAT, and opening its first Mono AAR (Apple Authorized Reseller) store in the IR Market.

This move marks the company’s initial foray into direct retail and demonstrates AC-Care’s commitment to expanding its footprint in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

With plans to grow across the Kingdom, iHASIBAT is committed to building modern, customer-first stores that meet Apple’s standards while staying in tune with the needs and expectations of the local community.

“iHASIBAT marks the first step in our direct retail journey and reflects our strong commitment to the Saudi market. We are thankful to the team and proud of their hard work and passion in launching this new project. We’re excited to deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong momentum for the future” said Salim Gharzeddine, GM, AC-Care.

To introduce the new store to the community, AC-Care hosted an opening event on June 26, which drew more than 100 Apple enthusiasts. Customers were welcomed with instant vouchers for every purchase and enjoyed entertainment provided by a traditional Saudi band.

The store offers comprehensive sales and repair services under one roof, aligning with Apple’s standards while addressing local community needs.

The new AAR is situated in Hayat Plaza Mall, Dammam City, in the eastern region of KSA. The store serves all Apple customer needs, operating as both an Apple Authorized Reseller and an Apple Authorised Service Provider (ASP). It offers the full range of Apple products, related peripherals, and provides authorised maintenance and repair services.

The store operates with a team of seven members: four sales advisors, two technicians, and one store manager, all dedicated to supporting customers in a welcoming and unified space.

Customers can visit iHASIBAT at Al Hayat Plaza, King Saud St, Al Anud District, Dammam 32427, Saudi Arabia.
