Rules of conduct, principles and guidelines governing ethics as well as environmental and social responsibility have been defined in order to establish the expected behaviors of our leaders and employees, as well as our suppliers and partners.

Midis Group adheres to the highest ethical standards and expects the same from all its business partners. We require every party we collaborate with to uphold our principles of integrity and fully comply with our policies, including the Partner and Supplier Code of Conduct. To ensure accountability, Midis conducts due diligence on its external partners and performs ongoing monitoring to detect any potential legal or ethical violations, thereby reinforcing its commitment to transparency, fairness, and responsible business practices.

SIGNALER UN PROBLÈME D'ÉTHIQUE

If an employee or stakeholder of Midis Group observes a violation of the Midis Group Code of Conduct, internal guidelines, principles, policies, and/or applicable laws and regulations, they are encouraged to report their concerns and seek guidance.
Employees and stakeholders have access to the Midis Group Integrity Hotline, an online platform accessible from mobile devices and computers, which allows them to report incidents securely and anonymously.

The Group guarantees that no retaliatory measures will be taken against individuals who in good faith report information or allegations concerning violations or who participate in the resulting investigations.
