Midis Group are pleased to announce the sponsorship of a major conference in Beirut organised by Sesobel for health professionals about Basal Stimulation, linking pedagogy, care and therapies.
Sesobel, the Social Service for the Welfare of Children in Lebanon, have partnered with Groupe Stimulation Basale and the Association Bien Traitance from France for the event.
“Midis Group is pleased to be able to support this conference and to be part of the health and well-being activities of the community and country through sponsorships,” said Katia Harfouche of Midis Group. “We are keen to help sustain this research into an interesting therapy that might bring a better quality of life for our young people with a range of impairments or disabilities.”
The conference will take place at the Innovation and Sport Campus of Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ) in the Auditorium Francois S. Bassil from 8.00am to 16.30pm on October 26. The conference is blessed with the patronage of M. Akram Chahayeb, Minister of Education in Lebanon.
Basal Stimulation is a combination therapy aimed at people, often children, with complex disabilities, developed by Professor Andreas Frohlich, who is leading the Scientific Committee convening the conference.
